Michelle is originally from Los Alamos, New Mexico. She is a second year Master’s student, studying with Dr. Jason LaBelle. Her research aim is to understand intermountain travel and mountain pass use through time at Rollins Pass, Colorado. During the summer, Michelle was a graduate teaching assistant with the Colorado State University’s 2017 Archaeological Field School. Currently, she is a Co-Lab manager for the Center for Mountain and Plains Archaeology (CMPA). Visit her in the basement if you want to chat archaeology!
