Visiting professor, Dr. Mark Moritz will present: Open Access, Open Systems: Pastoral Management of

Common-Pool Resources in the Chad Basin. Join us for an afternoon of conversation in the Virginia Dale conference room. You will have an opportunity to speak with Dr. Moritz prior to his lecture at 3:30 so come early and enjoy some light refreshments. His lecture will begin at 4p.m.
